Taking luxury to another level, Lincoln introduces the Pickup and Delivery service for all 2017 vehicles. In efforts to increase their brand commitment to customers, Lincoln is the only automaker to offer this delivery service. Their goal was to provide customers a more personal and friendly experience.
So how exactly does the Pickup and Delivery service work? A Lincoln service valet will pick your car up at an agreed location and will provide you a COMPLIMENTARY loaner vehicle while your car is being serviced. When your car is washed and ready, it will be returned to your desired location. It's that simple!
If you need to run errands or have other obligations, Lincoln understood that which is why they included a loaner vehicle so you can maintain your busy schedules. Since 2015, Lincoln has been piloting this new luxury service to test it's effectiveness and if customers would recommend to a friend, and the results were successful.
Results showed that 98 percent of customers would receive a service from that specific dealership again and 98 percent said they would recommend the dealership to a friend. In addition, 93 percent of customers indicated that they would purchase another Lincoln vehicle.
